Your nervous system got you into the spin. Your nervous system has to get you out. I'll teach you exactly how, and you'll practice it until it becomes automatic.

An emotion lasts about 90 seconds when you actually feel it. Everything after that is the story you're telling yourself. Once you understand this, everything changes.

It's not the email. It's not the comment. It's the meaning you made. I'll show you how to see the pattern and how to interrupt it before it takes over.

How to fill your cup from the inside.

Arrive and exhale. Settle in, share a meal, and let everything you've been carrying finally land somewhere safe.
Monday, June 15
Understanding. Learn why your mind and body do what they do and discover your first tools for coming back to yourself.
Tuesday, June 16
Clarity. Examine what you've been carrying and see what's actually true underneath the stories.
Wednesday, June 17
Embodiment. Practice becoming the woman you want to be. Build your personal system for staying steady.
Thursday, June 18
Depart our home by 9am. Leave carrying something real.

Where You'll Stay
A waterfront home on Drummond Island, Michigan. The lodge is our home base — where we share meals, conversations, sessions, and quiet. But the retreat isn't lived inside four walls.
Weather permitting, yoga happens on the sandy beach or our beautiful waterfront porch. Nature walks wind through the island's trails. There are docks for sitting, water for watching, and trees in every direction.

You'll move between warm indoor space and the open Michigan outdoors as the days unfold.

Meet Jeanne
I spent thirty years in education learning how people actually change — not how we hope they change, not how the books say they should change, but how change actually happens in the body and the mind.
​
I've trained in nervous system science, NLP master practitioner work, the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, strategic intervention, and brain research on what actually shifts behavior, not just thinking. I've worked with students, teachers, leaders, and teams. And what I've learned is this: the tools that change lives are simpler than we think. We just have to practice them in the right conditions.
